Whiskey Sour
Ingredients
50ml Bourbon
30ml Drink Botanicals Ireland Premium Lemon Syrup
20ml Simple Syrup
1 Egg White
Method
Fill a shaker with ice.
Add all ingredients.
Shake and strain into a rocks glass.
Garnish with a Drink Botanicals Ireland Dehydrated Lemon Slice.
Cherry Bourbon Sour
Ingredients
30ml Bourbon
30ml Drink Botanicals Ireland Premium Sour Cherry Syrup
30ml Drink Botanicals Ireland Premium Lemon Syrup
1 Egg White
Method
Fill a shaker with ice.
Add all ingredients.
Shake and strain into a rocks glass.
Garnish with some Drink Botanicals Ireland Freeze Dried Sour Cherries.
