Tequila Sunrise
Ingredients
30ml Tequila
30ml Drink Botanicals Ireland Premium Sour Cherry Syrup
100ml Orange Juice
Method
Fill a glass with ice.
Pour in the tequila and orange juice.
Stir well to release the flavours.
Slowly pour in the sour cherry syrup.
Garnish with a slice of Drink Botanicals Ireland Dehydrated Orange and Freeze-Dried Sour Cherries.
Strawberry Margarita
Ingredients
30ml Tequila
30ml Drink Botanicals Ireland Premium Strawberry Syrup
15ml Triple Sec
15ml Fresh Lime Juice
Method
Fill a shaker with ice.
Shake and strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with some Drink Botanicals Ireland Freeze Dried Strawberry Slices and a Dehydrated Lime Slice.
Passion Fruit Margarita
Ingredients
40ml Tequila
30ml Drink Botanicals Ireland Premium Passion Fruit Syrup
15ml Drink Botanicals Ireland Premium Lemon Syrup
25ml Triple Sec
15ml Fresh Lime
Method
Fill a shaker with ice.
Add all ingredients.
Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a Drink Botanicals Ireland Dehydrated Lime Slice and a Dehydrated Passion Fruit Slice.
Blood Orange Paloma
Ingredients
30ml Tequila
30ml Drink Botanicals Ireland Premium Grapefruit Syrup
20ml Drink Botanicals Ireland Premium Orange Syrup
20ml Fresh Blood Orange Juice
20ml Simple Syrup
Soda Water
Method
Fill a shaker with ice.
Add the tequila, syrups and juice.
Shake and strain into a highball glass.
Top off with soda water.
Garnish with a Drink Botanicals Ireland Dehydrated Blood Orange Slice or Dehydrated Grapefruit Slice.
