Strawberry Daiquiri
Ingredients
30ml Rum
30ml Drink Botanicals Ireland Premium Strawberry Syrup
5ml Drink Botanicals Ireland Premium Lemon Syrup
5ml Lime Juice
Method
Pour all ingredients with ice into a blender & blend until smooth.
Pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with Drink Botanicals Ireland Freeze Dried Strawberry Slices.
Passion Fruit Mojito
Ingredients
30ml White Rum
30ml Drink Botanicals Ireland Premium Passion Fruit Syrup
10ml Drink Botanicals Ireland Premium Lemon Syrup
30ml Lime Juice
170ml Sparkling Water/Soda
1 Sprig Fresh Mint Leaves
Method
In a highball glass, muddle together the mint, lime juice and syrups.
Add in the rum and stir to combine.
Add ice and top up with sparking water/soda.
Garnish with a Drink Botanicals Ireland Dehydrated Lime Slice, Dehydrated Passion Fruit Slice, and mint.
Strawberry Mojito
Ingredients
40ml Light Rum
30ml Drink Botanicals Ireland Premium Strawberry Syrup
Fresh Lime Juice
5 Mint Leaves
Soda Water
Method
Muddle the mint leaves in a highball glass.
Fill a shaker with crushed ice.
Add the syrup, lime juice and rum.
Strain into the highball glass and top up with soda water.
Garnish with Drink Botanicals Ireland Freeze Dried Strawberry Slices and mint.
