Strawberry Gin & Tonic
Ingredients
30ml gin
30ml Drink Botanicals Ireland Premium Strawberry Syrup
200ml Tonic Water
Method
Fill a gin glass with ice.
Add the gin and syrup.
Top up with tonic water.
Stir to release the flavours.

Orange Crush
Ingredients

60ml Soda Water
Method
Fill a rocks glass with ice.
Add all ingredients and stir.

Raspberry Mule
Ingredients
30ml Gin
15ml Drink Botanicals Ireland Premium Raspberry Syrup
15ml Drink Botanicals Ireland Premium Lemon Syrup
Ginger Beer
Method
Fill a mule mug with crushed ice.
Add the raspberry and lemon syrups.
Top up with ginger beer.
Garnish with Drink Botanicals Freeze Dried Raspberries, and a Dehydrated Lemon Slice.
Grapefruit Gin & Tonic

200ml Tonic Water
Method
Fill a balloon glass with ice.
Add all ingredients.
Stir to release the flavours.

Cherry Gin Fizz

60ml Tonic Water
Method

50ml Fresh Orange Juice
1 Egg White
Method
Fill a shaker with ice.
Add all ingredients.
Strain into a rocks glass.

Cucumber Gin Gimlet
Ingredients

30ml Drink Botanicals Ireland Premium Cucumber Syrup
15ml Drink Botanicals Ireland Premium Lemon Syrup
Soda Water
Method

Shake & strain into a coupe glass.
Top up with soda water.
Garnish with a slice of cucmber.
