30ml Algarve Tequila

10ml Cointreau ( Orange Liquor)

30ml Drink Botanicals Ireland Premium Orange Syrup

10ml Drink Botanicals Ireland Premium Lemon Syrup

5ml freshly squeezed lime juice

Salt

Ice

Method: Garnish the rim of the glass with salt by spreading a small mound of salt on a small plate. Moisten the outer rim of the glasses with the lime wedge, then dip the rims into the salt to lightly coat.

Fill your shaker with ice and combine all ingredients. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled
Rocks Glass with ice.
