Shipping and Returns Policy
Standard Delivery
Drink Botanicals Ireland offer a 2-5 working day shipping service in Ireland & Northern Ireland.
We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by the carrier or any other third party. All orders require a signature. Please ensure that you, or a trusted person is available to sign for your package, we would recommend shipping to a business address if there is no-one home during the day. We will email you when your goods have been dispatched from our warehouse with a tracking number to allow you monitor the progress of your delivery.
International Delivery:
If you are an international customer, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. These taxes and duties are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. The customer will be responsible for payment of import duties and taxes. Before placing your order, if you have any queries please contact your local customs office. Please allow 3-10 working days for International delivery.
Returns Policy:
Drink Botanicals Ireland accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the delivery date in accordance with the following policies and procedures:
If you have any problem with our products, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date so we can attempt to resolve this issue to your satisfaction.
