30ml gin

30ml Drink Botanicals Ireland Premium Orange Syrup

10ml Drink Botanicals Ireland Premium Lemon Syrup

Soda water

1 Egg white (optional)

Method: Add the Gin, Orange Syrup, Lemon Syrup & egg white into

your cocktail shaker.

Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.

Strain into a martini glass & top-up with soda water.

Garnish​: Dehydrated orange slice, Rose Buds & Pink Peppercorns
